MCS Parents
Midland Christian School recognizes that God has entrusted parents with the responsibility to educate their children, and therefore operates in unity with the family and church to provide a Christ-centered educational environment. Midland Christian School is engaged in a partnership with parents in providing an exceptional education firmly rooted in biblical truth. This partnership requires the consistent participation of both parent and school.
Parents are an integral part of the Midland Christian school community and provide the leadership needed for MCS to have special activities, fund-raisers, socials and other community building events. MCS parents are urged and encouraged to give their time, creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to help ensure the best school experience for their child/children. We hope that you, as a parent, will become involved in the Midland Christian School community in such a way that you will be receive one of the greatest blessings; the opportunity to serve in the same environment that your children obtain an education.
Midland Christian offers two parent programs one with direct volunteers in the classroom and the other for school wide activities. Having these two systems make it easy for parents to get involved in their child’s education. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the activities of the Parent Auxiliary and Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) and discover where you can best partner with MCS in the training up of not only your children, but all the children enrolled in Midland Christian School.
