The MCS Early Childhood program seeks to:
- Help children grow in their understanding of God and man, instilling in them that they are truly loved by God.
- Encourage an individual sense of personal worth as a special creation of God.
- Empower each child to develop all of his or her intellectual capabilities to the highest degree using developmentally appropriate practices.
- Foster wholesome interaction with other children through learning and playing together, acknowledging a sense of fellowship.
What to Expect in Preschool
Things We’ll Learn…
- ABC’s, Simple Sight Words, Counting to 50, Addition to 5
- Bible stories, songs, respect for others, concepts & verses
Things We’ll Do
- Share, Grow a garden, Get messy!
- Watch caterpillars change to butterflies!
Places We’ll Go
- The Fire Station, Leaman's Apple Farm, Papa John's
- Saginaw Zoo, The Library, Dow Gardens, Sanford Senior Center
2010-2011 Program Offerings
Choose from a variety of programs to meet your needs!
- Pre-3's: 3 day or 5 day a.m. program 8:00-11:30
- Pre-K (4's and young 5's): 5 day a.m. program 8:00-11:30
- Afternoon Enrichment: 3 or 5 days 11:30-2:30
